In 2012, we were challenged to improve the way commercial insurance was managed and sold.

Our analysts, UX/UI and development team answered the brief and started a decade-long journey to create Complete Broking. We believe it is the first of a kind, designed and developed for the user, with 100% bespoke technologies to support the user journey and feature set. We're here to deliver true disruption to the administration and sale of insurance and make the best in class available to all.

It All Started With a Data Collection Challenge That Affected Clients & Brokers

We were fortunate to work with a forward-thinking global business that wanted to focus on users instead of “solutions.” The challenge was addressing issues around application forms. Complete Broking's first function was a database and form builder that;

  • prepopulated and aged client data
  • used conditional logic to hide redundant fields
  • could integrate with or be digitally exported for insurers

The results were immediate; a legal PII product saw dramatic increases in application completion, reduced client churn and hours of administration and rekeying removed from the annual renewal process.

This first step became a decade-long project designing and developing insurance-specific features around current behavioural best practices. Our passion? We wanted to make an affordable platform that made commercial and personal lines easy to buy (and sell)

There's always going to be more work involved in buying insurance than buying a pack of lightbulbs or a TV. Still, we were determined to make the end-user experience closely aligned to the "one-click" everyday purchasing we're all accustomed to. Complete Broking has been developed from our ten years working in insurance and a further fifteen years in large-scale eCommerce, combining all that knowledge to develop a platform and methodology that is proven to generate high-performance sales without the huge investment that building bespoke requires.

We spend months every year working on user experience on the broker side to ensure that the platform and its features and functions are simple and comprehensive. After all, if we're focussed on ROI for the firms we work with, we have to optimise the broker activity as much, if not more, than the client side.

With each install and each new challenge, we work directly with front-line staff to optimise the tools they use and the processes they follow as if it was the first time we'd encountered the industry and every bit of learning we put back into the development of Complete Broking.
